Five new dining opportunities available at Terminal 1

Employees and travelers alike are rejoicing over the re-opening of Terminal 1’s mall food court, as well as over the two new “bakeries” on Concourse F.

In the Mall Food Court

PinKU, Auntie Anne’s, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Firehouse Subs have all opened in this completely remodeled space, featuring sweeping views of the airfield, comfortable seating, and outlets at every seat.

PinKU is a locally based, fine-casual restaurant that features delicious Japanese street food with a full bar. You can’t miss it. Look for the pink tea house-type structure in the middle of the food court.

Auntie Anne’s offers a variety of delicious pretzels, pretzel nuggets and pretzel dogs.

Moe’s Southwest Grill is a popular national brand featuring Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine. The fast-casual menu includes burritos, quesadillas, tacos, burrito bowls and nachos.

Firehouse Subs, also a national brand, features a wide range of specialty subs – including a club on a sub and the firehouse steak and cheese. Vegetarian and single-meat subs are also on the menu.

A Shake Shack is also scheduled to open next month. Shake Shack is a national brand that traces its roots to a hot dog cart in Manhattan. Menu items include burgers, hot dogs, frozen custard, and shakes, beer, wine and more.

On concourse F

A second Auntie Anne’s and a Cinnabon have also opened on Concourse F within the same quaint storefront near Gate F4. What more do we need to say but “Yum!”
