Rail signal testing and maintenance work is planned this summer along the Hiawatha Line, prompting an interruption of light-rail service over select weekends.
Route 55 buses will replace light-rail trains during these service interruptions:
10:30 p.m. Saturday, June 4, to noon Sunday, June 5
No light-rail service between Franklin Avenue and Mall of America stations
10 a.m. Friday, July 8, to 3:30 a.m. Monday, July 11
No light-rail service between Target Field and Downtown East/Metrodome stations
11:30 p.m. Friday, July 29, to noon Saturday, July 30
No light-rail service between Terminal 2-Humphrey and Mall of America stations
11:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13, to noon Sunday, Aug. 14
No light-rail service between Franklin Avenue and Mall of America stations
11:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, to noon Saturday, Sept. 24
No light-rail service between Terminal 2-Humphrey and Mall of America stations
